CALDERDALE CARERS would like to remind you that from Friday 11 June we can only be contacted for urgent issues by email, to email@example.com or by telephoning Calderdale Gateway To Care on 01422 393000 and asking them to pass a message on to us to contact you. This is in preparation of our changeover to Carers Wellbeing Service (Calderdale) on Thursday
1 July and our office being emptied.
Please also note that from Thursday 1 July to Friday 9 July the service will be open for urgent enquiries only, operating on a skeleton staff basis whilst we undergo training and induction. After 1 July our phone number will remain the same (01422 369101) but we will have a new email address firstname.lastname@example.org
We thank you for your patience while we carry out these changes.
